Courses are an important component of the University Honors College (UHC) experience. UHC works with some of the finest professors in the University to carefully design courses that will challenge and broaden how you think about the world. Honors courses offer in-depth treatment of course content by stressing critical thinking and synthesis and the historical and theoretical foundations of the discipline. Emphasis is given to primary sources rather than survey texts. In short, you will read, write, and think more, and by doing so, you will learn more.
